INDUCIBLE PROMOTER - TO USE IN PRIMARY NEURONAL CULTURES

Post by jacobit » Wed Jul 04, 2007 8:00 pm

Hi,
I am looking after a plasmid with an inducible promoter, that I will transfect into primary neuronal cultures. What inducible promoters exist, or usually used, in eukaryotic cells? What is the time from induction until a significant amount of protein can be detected (GFP)?
thanks  :?:
