help for sequence

Post by Cahh » Thu May 31, 2007 5:51 pm

Any one have the sequence of pBS-cURA3 and pBS-cHIS1? I need these sequence data to design my experiments. If you have them, could you please send one copy?

Thank you for your kindness.

Have you tired Google:
pBS-cURA3. [pBluescript KS( ) into which the C. albicans URA3 gene was. cloned between the NotI and XbaI sites

And I suspect that PBScHIS1 is His1 cloned into pBluescript. And you will find the sequence of this one easily
