Anyone know why our nervous system work?
and why Sodium ions and Potassium ions trigger the electric

That's intensely complicated...people can spend entire degrees (and indeed further ed.) studying that.

I suggest you grab a textbook and sit down with it. You can have a basic idea of the Action Potential etc. within about an hour.

Tip: dont think of nerve impulses as electricity flowing down a conductive really isnt like that.
