I have a planning investigation about the effect of temperature on the survival of yeast cells. I have to find the lowest temperature that kills them. Im soooo stuck. We did our preliminary the other day and i was getting confused on what to actually do. Did i have to heat the yeast up then add glucose solution, shake then add the methylene blue or did i have to put yeast, glucose and water into a test tube heat up then add the methylene blue!!!!! soo confused!!! does anyone no what i have to do? please help x
