I think it's kinda funny how we keep harping on saving the environment and reducing oil use but suddenly become all freaked out when funding is provided.

oooh you should come to my university. All of our board of trustees are CEOs of major corporations, energy, software, biotech. And last year we just got a new president that also owned like a dozen engineering companies.

fairly standard in the UK everybody goes paranoid about companies putting money inot education or research - it seems really stupid. still overhere if you want to kill a project ask for govement money then try and keep the buerocrats happy!

The world honestly uses high-quality energy. Hope that oceans will rule here.
