Anaerobic and aerobic

umm just wondering when doing exercise aerobic is the perferred method right over anaerobic??? and once the sources for aerobic have run out then anaerobic takes over...is this correct?

Hehe.. Don't worry, I experience this a lot. I started a thread but after some minutes I know the answer :oops: You're not alone :lol: It is much better to get the answer of our own question by ourselves rather than opening a thread with title "Please, help quickly" or "Urgent help is needed" or something else then waiting for others to answer while we're doing nothing :P
