What's the temperature of a normal weather? maybe i can not say: normal, but a comfortable temperature? Hope you can tell me, thanks.

Depends where in the World you are, and what you are acustomed to.

The general concensus for a comfortable temperature for humans is around 20oC, though in higher latitudes people would be used to significantly lower than this, and vice versa for lower latitudes.

No offence, but I thought this was obvious common knowledge/sense?

I think it depends on what you are used to! For example, someone living in a hot country will be used to and comfortable with hotter temperatures! Where as someone living in a cold country will adapt and become comfortable with that temp.
