I am looking for a easy method to measure catalase activity in liver tissue. Please help me.

Apply liver chops + peroxyde (H2O2) method, that's super easy :)

Do you need to make your own reagents? or is buying a kit feasible? If you can buy a kit, check out Calbiochem. I'm sure there are other possible sources. Roche Diagnostics or Boerhinger Ingelheim come to mind. You can also look at the suggested tissue/sample preparations and assay protocol at the Calbiochem (now part of EMD Biosciences) if you have Acrobat reader.
