Races, and how they relate to facial features

Post by forumz » Tue Mar 27, 2007 1:06 am

Hello, I'm in need of helpful resources outlining the cause of the present facial features in modern ethnics. For example, the Asian community had developed slanted eyes to adapt to the sun in the mountains, and African Americans tend to have larger noses in order to breathe better in warmer climates (which is all I've been able to gather thus far). Thank you all for your help in advance

thrifty gene, it's present in races that have migrated far from africa(assuming that's where humans originated).

Also look for bergmann's rule, gloger's rule and allen's rule.
