Need help! What is the mechanism of PKC(16-39)?

Post by CyLMH » Mon Mar 19, 2007 1:47 pm

Met this question in the tutorial.

How does PKC(16-39) inhibit the cPKC? What is the mechanism :?:

Waiting for an answer.

Thanks for the help!

(own interpretation is: it may bind to the substrates, but dunnt know what the substrate is. 16-39 is upperstream of the protein, so it should be in the regulatory domain of PKC. so what's the function of it?)

that is great if you could show me a journal on it. Really appreciate it a lot!
