That's a bit relative really and as such hard to say :)

It does have visibly external ears. I would say they are smaller in proportion to it's head than say a domestic cat.

I'm not sure I would say it has stripes but most do have some (to varying degrees) 'vesting' if you know what I mean by that. Now that's a big clue :)

Yes it has a long tail.

Not sure what you mean by small head exactly, it seems fairly in proportion to it's body, tho it does have some interesting facial features ;)
