who knows IRF-1 activation?????

Post by konstantin » Thu Mar 15, 2007 1:27 am

hello everyone.
please help me to figure out how is IRF-1 is activated?
for example, I know that IRF-3 is activated by its phosphorylation and subsequent translocation from cytosol into nucleus....
but mechanism of activation of IRF-1 and other members of that family is vague for me...

There aren't simple solutions but, if you're luck, there are simple answers.
