tropical and subtropical islands off the Pacific coast of South America from Peru to Mexico including, the Galápagos Islands.

You told us too much. :) Quick google search and voila! Sula nebouxii is the name of the bird. :D
Though I must say I though of that bird when you said fools though I didnt know that was their name. :)

Ok since I am entomologist (obviosly :)) my animal will be insect. It lives in temperate regions of Europe.
