I need to know why we add NGS in washing steps for immunocytochemistry steps......!!!

Guessing NGS stands for "normal goat serum" and that you are using a secondary raised in a goat?
The blocking is to stop any other antibodies found in your secondary (and in a normal goat) from sticking to your sample and giving false positives.
