ATP is not supplied by blood. Proteins are not critical metabolite. At first I was to go for Glc, but then I saw your options, so I'd go for O2.
So called excluding method should help you.
Glyceryl trinitrate is not even endogenous metabolite.

The most critical metabolite supplied to cells by the blood is oxygen . Ischaemia is the term used to describe the condition when the blood supply is insufficient to meet the metabolic demands of a tissue. In response the body can compensate by releasing Vasodilators which act(s) on the arterioles to restore the correct level of perfusion.
