it's very strange... if you are sure it's a bone go to the nearest archaelogic center or museum..they shall help you

That looks like a tooth, possibly from something along the lines of a deer, pronghorn, or bison.

Looks like a rear grinding molar of some sort of herbivorous animal, hard to tell with the images.

I agree with the above posters that it's probably a big herbivore molar. Moose seems most likely.
