Post by simpy3 » Mon Dec 03, 2012 6:38 pm

Is there any ways at all that human recovery time can be decreased?

It depends upon what you're recovering from. In some cases, faster cell reproduction means more scar tissue.

Taking a combination of Leucine, Isoleucine and Carnatine amino acids has helped my muscle recovery time substantially. Of course, yoga and a good attitude never hurts either.
