nutrition question
Hi there,
Sorry if this question is obvious but I'm really confused as I'm reading this article:
Say you have a low-energy meal (0.5MJ) and a high-energy meal (5.0MJ) and both contain around 30% fat, 50% CHO and 15% protein. How is it is they have the same macronutritent compositions yet one is considered "low" and the other considered "high" energy. Or have I misread what they mean?
Thanks
