This is the Format

Title: The Moulding Process of Bread in Light and Dark Environment

Problem Statement: Clueless about this. Teacher said the Purpose of the lab

Background Information: For this, I just search about moulds

Hypothesis: What I think about the outcome of the result?

Materials / Apparatus: Things that you used on the experiment

Procedures: Step by Step
WHAT IF I FORGOT TO SPRAY WATER IN MY BREAD AT THE BEGINNING AND ONLY SPRAYED IT AFTER 9 DAYS. SHOULD I STILL INCLUDE WATER IN MY MATERIALS AND IN THE PROCEDURES

Observation:
Every piece of data collected is shown neatly (including units & constant values)
I'm so confused here. We supposed to observe the bread every 2 days and record if there is any changes. But there was no changes on my bread but right after I sprayed water, the next day I saw white spots on the bread. And what does it mean to include units and constant values?

Interpretations:
Slope & Y-intercept are highlighted on the graph
Physical meaning of slope is written along the slope line
Written relationship between the two variables is stated by the graph
I'm clueless on what to do here..Teacher said disccuss why there's no growth in bread moulds?

Evaluation: Sources of error are discussed. Error calculation shown or not needed stated.
So here, i can put the mistakes i did like I forgot to spray water in the bread

Conclusion: the outcome, result..

This is my first time doing a lab report and mostly im clueless ...hope u could help me.

Sure you have to add it to materials, if you added it. Also, you should writte into your procedures, that you have forgotten to spray the first day, as it might be possible

That's probably, why you should spray it right the first day So you have basically two observations, what happens with the bread without spraying and what happens after spraying
Units are like g or kg for weight, l for volume etc. Don't know, what did you exactly measure.

If you don't writte, what should you put on x and y axis, we can hardly tel you the meaning of the slope etc. but I guess, on x is time and on y is number of bacterial/fungal colonies?
