In order from largest to smallest what is missing: chromosomes........ genes..... ________

I dunno. Maybe mRNA? or polypeptide? Doesn't seem like a very fruitful question to ask. What's the point of it as a learning tool?

The correct answer would be bases. Although it's written in a bit of a confusing way.
