What is the answer for this question?

Which of the following statements about E. coli is not true:

1. E. coli was the first disease-causing bacterium identified by Koch
2. E. coli is part of the normal microbial flora of humans
3. E. coli is beneficial in human intestines
4. A disease-causing strain of E. coli causes bloody diarrhoea

all of them should be easy to identify whether are they correct or not

Robert Koch used Bacillus anthracis, not E. coli.
