Can I take Amino acid powder instead of protein powder?

Post by CindyHang » Fri Oct 19, 2012 9:25 am

Hello friends,

What's the difference between them?
Isn't it the breakdown of protein?
What would happen if I take Amino acid powder instead of protein?

Best and Regards

well, proteins in food are digested to amino acids anyway. However, the acidic environment could destroy some of the amino acids.

Cis or trans? That's what matters.

Yah i think free form AA's are more expensive too. Just buy pea protein its like $20 a kg on ebay or 5kg for $80. Free of ALL allergens and tastes good.
