Does anyone know how these 3 tumor supressing genes work, how do they function and how do they prevent turmourigenisis? :lol:

Your question is hard to answer because of lots of friends not experts in this area.I guess you could search PubMed through keywords such as P16,hMLH and E-Caderin or look up monograph about the area.Hope this helps!
