ATP conc. in Yeast

Post by JRP 18 » Sat Mar 25, 2006 3:48 pm

Does anybody have a reference for the ATP and AMP concentration in yeast cells? I've generally heard 1-2 mM, but now a reviewer wants substantiation of that claim!

Thanks a lot to anyone who replies!
