endocytosis and clathrin

there are two endocytic pathways: clathrin dependent and clathrin independent.
My question is: is there an example of clathrin-independent endocytosis in animal cells? :)

The figure 6 of this review article indicates that aptamer conjugates can follow the clathrin independent pathway. However I do not know the precise references on this point: E.W. Orawa et al. Biochemica et Biophysica Acta (2010) 1798, 2190-220

Endocytosis and its counterpart, exocytose, are used by all cells because most chemical substances important to them are large polar molecules that cannot pass through the hydrophobic plasma or cell membrane by passive means. Endocytosis includes pinocytosis (cell drinking) and phagocytosed (cell eating).Phagocytises is a type of endocytosis in which white blood cells, specifically macrophages & neutrophils, engulf & digest bacteria as part of the body's response to infection. Examples of Endocytosis:-Phagocytises of bacteria by Macrophages.
Clathrin-mediated endocytosis:- Clathrin is a cytosolic protein which forms the coat over the molecules such as low-density lipids, transferring, growth factors and antibodies.
