Also, avoid all sugar substitutes except STEVIA and its by products like Truvia. These are natural plant based sugar substitutes. Artificial sweetners tend to act like sugar once digested and they can also cause an increase in appetite.

I will repeat what a lot of other posters have said. Dump all sugar and white flour from your diet. Go on high protein with vegetables. Atkins and Protein Power both are good diets. I have had bloating since high school. I am now 60 years old. After 2 head injuries (concussions) 30 days apart, it became life threatening.
