I am not from Science stream, But I guess, In onion structure one is cell wall and chloroplasts. The grainy substances surrounding the onion cell nucleus are one is cell membrane and cytoplasm. One structure in green leaf cells in onion cells is that is cell wall and chloroplasts.

According to me I have been thinking presence of cholesterol, temperature, composition. Example for degree of saturation. And presence of membrane carbohydrates and proteins. This is affect of the dispersion forces.
