I'm in high school right now, but my AP Bio teacher Mr. Granville tells us random things, and I remember that one thing he told us was that some scientist are trying to make a chicken look like a dinosaur. I think he said that they are trying to turn on certain genes that have been turned off over t...

Chest Pains

Hi, so today when my team was doing sprints for conditioning i had to stop half way through because my chest right around the "V" on the rib cage is, maybe a little above it. Any suggestions on the condition and what i should do about it because try outs are next week.

Thanks!

Work outs

My friend today told me its not good to work 2 days in a row but he didn't really have a reason why. Is this true or something my friend wanted to say so he can look smart.

Sports

OK, so my friend's sister plays lacrosse, basketball, and runs for 2 cross country teams at the same time.
Is this good if she really wants to do well for lacrosse, and what could be effects of doing all this sports at the same time, long term/ short term?

Hookah and sports

I don't know much about hookah but I know friends who do it. I am wondering would it do any harm to a lacrosse player like me who works out 2-3 times a week and plays game every week?
