I have been looking into pheromones ever since I heard about them in the 90's (in the back of a very sketchy magazine mind you). At the time, research was quite flimsy and perhaps overstated significantly in order to try and sell pheromone products to people who wanted... well, you know. Since then ...

I have worked in social departments in the past and I can say (as a correlation, not causation) that children who tend to grow up with less "parenting" tend to hit the puberty mark earlier in general. Whether or not this has to do with pheromones is debatable, although I believe they may p...

Do a bit of searching on Youtube. A lot of channels these days run their own smaller programming that focuses on animal like. There is one called "Big Cat Diaries" that is all about larger cats. They aren't lengthy videos but they are fun to watch. Just look around, I am sure there is a lo...

Very interesting line up. Some of those videos are no longer up. I am not sure what happened. I will watch the ones that are later on tonight. I tend to watch all my shows and browse Youtube in the evening to help me relax before I go to bed.

I am honestly not sure. I never given it much thought. I have a friend who watched professional chess players. I will have to ask him. I can't see why their wouldn't be. There are left handed sports players, musicians, ect.

These new theories and theories of evolution in general make me laugh a bit. People hold to them like cold hard facts when they are still just theory at heart. If we did evolve the way these theories suggest, we are devolving now. People are a whole are becoming dumber. They are becoming more barbar...

I will give a short boring answer. The size of the brain does not equal intelligence. It is the rate of growth, the % used, and how it is developed from fetus to 3 years of age. Very intelligent adults had faster developing brains and more stimuli as they were growing thus making their brain more ca...

Blood is always red, even when it is in the body. The reason it looks blue or purple is because the skin makes the veins appear this way. All blood has some level of oxygen in it that naturally gets taken in through breathing and through the skin.

In science, it's never a good idea to go in just for the money. Unless you truly love the field you're in, it will become a drag - much like how I started in programming but ended up despising every minute of torturous coding errors!

You will need a higher powered microscope, but I agree with the others, it appears as if there is some sort of bacterial contamination.

How do you relax?

A lot of people can't answer this simple question and I always wondered why. We live in a very fast paced, no rest, busy internet time and people are always on the go even when they are sitting still. This means when they aren't even doing anything, their minds are still in overdrive. Most adults do...

Yes, there can be twins but it is very rare in the animal world. When it comes to cats and dogs though, pure breeds have a higher chance of producing twins than mutts/mixed breeds. Many times, people do not even realize a litter has twins because at a young age, most puppies and kittens looks very si...
