I' once used one of monoclonal Ab against Hsp70 from Creative Diagnostics and it definitely detects inducible hsp70 even though it is not mentioned on their catalog, I did not come across one against drosophila Hsp 70 but you may want to contact them just in case... For suggestion of other antibodie...

I assume you want to do IHC on FFPET- sections, that are already stained with Hematoxylin. It works, but you have to remove the mounting-media very well, go back via diluted ethanols to IHC-buffer. I am not sure if i understand your question.
