Human Anatomy sites/Books

Hello,
are there any sites that shows real epithelial tissue/connective tissue pictures/slides. I need to study the tissues for the exams. but i need real pictures not the cartoon drawings. also if you know any books out there with the same purpose it would be great if you can post :D.

Characterization of Staphylococcus at the genus and species

Hello, What are some other tests to characterize Staph at the genus levels other than (gram stain, Catalase test)
and also how about differentiating in the species level?

Thanks alot canalon i will def try that, What if i use a simpe loop instead of a toothpick (because the sample i will be doing is not a solid colony, but it is diluted in growing broth). by the way how do you make the picture alittle more bigger, can i download it?

Streaking for Isolation

Can anyone tell me a good techinque for streaking that he or she uses to get nice isolated colonies. It seems that i can never get lots of isolated colonies. I usually do the 4 quadrant method.
Help would be greatly appreciated
