Hi, I was wondering if anyone here uses formalin in their experiments? I use formalin to preserve samples (I collect zooplankton samples) and consequently, a lot of my equipment (e.g. forceps) is contaminated with formalin. Now I hear that formalin is very difficult to wash out, ...

ZOOplankton is the key part of the word... Zoon in greek is animal. Are animals considered photosynthetic organisms?
