pfge problem H.influenzae

I am doing PFGE with Haemophilus influenzae. Also i am using SmaI restriction enzyme, but i get this profile. Not as smear, actually i am counting many bands but as we know we have to find minumum 8 bands. Any idea about band profile ? Is this a good profile? Thank you

Recommendations for Bacteria Detection?

... in the water. But it is difficult to count the motile bacteria in hemocytometer. I suggest to use a disinfectant to kill the bacteria before counting.I think you can also use a stain for seeing the bacteria in the microscope.

... Sigma Z2876). 3) Vortex and spin at 12,000 rpm for 10 minutes. 4) Collect 25 uL in duplicate and then add to 3-5 mL of scintillation fluid for counting. I hope this helps someone even though I'm responding to a 3-year old question. If anyone finds this helpful please let me know!
