DNA GEL ELECTROPHORESIS

You need to measure the distance between the wells and the observed bands. Tabulate band -size -log10 fragment size -migration in mm use the table to draw the curve.

ELISA Histogram and Error Bars

... Another possibilty, I suppose, is that your sample got stuck in the well, but if there is no quenching, I would guess you would have seen your wells light up. I assume you've done it more than once, so there is no possibility that it's just something stupid, like forgetting to put any DNA or ...

Hello, For the Indirect ELISA method, you can put x µL of your sonicated bacteria in the wells and let dry overnight at 37°C. Then wash the plates the following day before continuing the experiment.

ELISA Test

Does anyone know exactly how the antibodies/antigen molecules are bound to the inside of the microtitre wells in the first step of the ELISA? I have done some research and can't seem to find the mechanism by which they are attatched.
