Websters operation principle: putting a mucous membrane graft from the lower lip in sulcus substralis. Indication:(a) trichiasis of lower lid.

          (b)cicatricial entropion or trichiasis-entropion of lower lid( but not in upper lid as the mucous membrane graft will rub the cornea).
