I am sorry, must do something wrong: I go to dictionary, than to the topic (Wagner disease), I click on edit this page, I see: view source. And than, I do what?

How can I edit an item? I am logged in, but I am not able to edit the dictionary. I would add / correct some things on the pages of Wagner syndrome / Wagner disease, one of your more popular topics. I think you too want correct information there?
