The many other benefits of vitamin k are often overlooked. however in recent 40 years, especially in recent 20 years, it is reported globally that vitamin k deficiency is the main cause leading to infant haemorrhage and death world-widely, along with the breakthrough of examing technical on serum VK2 and abduction protein of VK2 deficiency. research proved that vitamin k2 plays a crucial role in many bodily functions.Vitamin K2 involves in bone metabolism and is important for maintaining high bone densities and boots bone health. Recent research supporting vitamin K's usefulness against osteoporosis and heart disease is now becoming too abundant to overlook. In addition, vitamin k2 has the function of prevention of hepatocellular carcinoma in female patients with viral cirrhosis. Vitamin k2 is a stronger antioxidant than vitamin e or coenzyme Q10,it may be a key anti-aging vitamin as well.
