Do our urine contain NaCl salt??

... proximal, there are some Na+ active transport and the Cl- filtration..if these two ions meet, it will form NaCl..but I read again in the vesica urinaria, there's no NaCl there...the last step before goin' to vesica urinaria is giving the H+ and K+ to increase or decrease pH. the question ...
