Vee virus --> venezuelan equine encephalomyelitis virus

A group A arbovirus of the genus alphavirus, family togaviridae, occurring in Venezuela and several other south American countries, in Panama and Trinidad, and occasionally the united states causing [[venezuelan Equine encephalomyelitis]] in horses and humans; it seems to be more viscerotropic than neurotropic; the virus is transmitted by culex mosquitoes.
