Signaling between the ribosome and synthetase... a particular amino acid. Is there a signaling process between the ribosome and Aminoacyl tRNA synthetase indicating a particular need? Or are all varieties of aminoacyl-tRNA floating in the cytoplasm and available for the ribosomes? I hope this is phrased correctly.
