Results from our forumElectrophoresis conditions... agarose gel tank, we use constant watt (20 watt), change only the mA and voltage. I set voltage to 140V and mA to 60. Is it OK? Because I see vaporization above the tank. My samples seem bad on agarose when I look them at UV Thanks

An Arrow'mate'!!!... by our noses which ain't cyclic...i just wanted to know how was it decided which ones to be choosen as the chemicals of sense ? IS it due to vaporization /boiling temp.s & thus availibility near a particular source..? A mate..? hrushikesh
