How can I add a kozak sequence in plasmid pMT/bip/V5-His A

... BglII and XbaI). Because there's a Bip signal sequence ahead of the enzyme site BglII, so I CAN NOT add Kozak sequence in the N-Term of my scfv gene, is that right? So where should I add the Kozak sequence? Thanks for your time. Alex.

Thank you, but maybe there's another option: could I make the cDNA of the retrovirus using RT-PCR, then insert the cDNA of the gene into the vector, and later insert that vector into dividing cells of another organism? Theoretically, it's the retroviral cDNA that inserts itself into the ...
