... push his head into hand for just an instant. He feels the energy in my hand. I go into a sort of meditation mode, and I feel energy engulfing my upper body and channeling into him. This seems to happen especially when he has been torn up in a fight.

plasmid extraction on 1.5% agarose gel

So I have two bands, the smaller that is around 8-9kb based on the marker ( my plasmids should be 8-9 kb), what is the upper band? Also I have three plasmids and I did this in a set of four replicates
