The primary site of tuberculosis is the lungs. However, tuberculosis may develop in other parts of the boy as well as form lesions. Peripheral lymph node is one of those where secondary tuberculosis may form. Scrofula is an example in which tuberculosis forms on the cervical lymph nodes.
