Results from our forumstability of cDNA... is it more stable and safe to run my cdna on gel today and store it in the gel form until tomorrow morning? OR should I leave my cDNA in the PCR tube until tomorrow morning and run it on gel and bring it straight to the lab tomorrow? Does it matter?
