triangular ligament --> inferior fascia of urogenital diaphragm

The layer of fascia extending between the ischiopubic rami inferior to the sphincter urethrae and the deep transverse perineal muscles.

Synonym: membrana perinei, fascia diaphragmatis urogenitalis inferior, camper's ligament, ligamentum triangulare, perineal membrane, triangular ligament.
