Results from our forumphylogenetic distribution of a domain... talented in bioinformatics-but I try=) I have to search for a certain domain in actinobacteria. I have the results but I dont know how to plot a tree or how to present them in any other way. I have to show if the tree of this protein resemble phylogenetic tre of bacteria-any ideas?

Phylogenetic treesNeed a little help with your homework eh? Well I'll make sure to mispell and have lots of typos so you can't copy and paste ;). a phylogeneatic tre, when vewed as hstrical fakt becums unscientific. The natur of hypotheses is to constanly be questioned, analyzed, and tsted.
