If you could genetically breed a human with a toad............. human characteristics, whereas if the human was female and the toad male then a human-like animal would be birthed with maybe webbed fingers and toads, along with maybe an elongated tongue. However, I'm only 15 so I don't know anything

Evolution... we're talking about amphibians going from a wet swamp to a dryer land environment. Do they become more reptile like? Well yes and no. Yes in that toads do have leathery skin. Could they also gain a kidney that produces uric acid? Maybe. But the point is, if you had a toad that had all the characteristics ...
See entire post Organisms... give general features for some things on the list and then give a feature that would only fit a few exceptions, but the question is still valid. Toads would fit better. Their toxins are mild, and they depend more on camouflage to avoid predators. Too bad it's not a choice.

Relaxation Fauna... to no affect on the population (shows you how much research went into it) They compete fiercely with our native frogs (Australia has no native toads) for habitat/food and outbreed our natives 5:1 feasting on the eggs/tadpoles/froglets and even the adults there are only 2 species of snake here ...
