ELISA graph plot

... carried out my first ELISA, and to each well I added varying concentrations of my antibody to my protein. I started with a 1:200 dilution and then titrated 2 fold so ended up having 1:200, 1:400, 1:800, 1:1600, 1:3200, 1:6400, 1:12800, 1:25600, 1:51200, 1:102400, 1:204800, 1:409600 and then added ...

Re: Lactic acid vs lactate in sweat

... acid. I don't know, what did you mean by Doesn't the NaOH adjust for acetic acid too? but the pH is given by acetic acid, which is partially titrated by NaOH forming sodium acetate and thus it's buffering solution ;) You should be able to detect the potential, but the addition by lactate ...

Re: CHEMISTRY MOLARITY QUESTION

... equation. NaOH+HCL---> NaCl + H2O So we see from the equation that it is a 1 to 1 mole ratio. Since you determined that .005 moles of NaOH were titrated. You now know that .005 mole HCL was used. Molarity of HCL = .005mol/.01L = .5M Our titrating HCL had a molar of .5M Now using the formula ...

Siberian Flora

... pussywillow stem, trivially signifying a redox rxn (LEO GRR's). What would be the estimated ammonium hypoxide concentration when this protein is titrated with 66.1 mmol of hexafluoracetic acid at STP. Answers in scientific formation please, my BIO 788 professor is a stickler on sig figs
