effect of temperature on the survival of yeast cells

a 10% supension of the yeast would be the dried yeast + water right? TIs my understanding. But if you're doing what im doing and it sounds like you are, it says you are given the suspension so you dont have to worry about it too much

Both lipids and carbohydrates can be used as energy-storage molecules. Lipids store more energy per gram but carbohydrates are easier to break down. Why annimals use both glycogen and fat as energy stores while plants only use starch?
